RentSure works by Aquilo paying your monthly investment property rent on time. Aquilo is then repaid when we collect the rent directly from your tenant*
We deduct any fees, such as your managing agent’s fee, from your RentSure payments.
If there are any rent increases or decreases during the lease term, Aquilo will pay you the new amount.
